    Sripathi Panditaradhyula Balasubrahmanyam is an Indian film playback singer, actor, music director, voice actor and film producer. He is mostly referred to as S.P.B. or Balu. He has won the Guinness World Records for recording the highest number of songs.

    He has sung over 40,000 songs in various Indian languages. He has won National Film Awards across four Languages.

    He was selected as the best singer in a singing competition which was judged by S.P.Kodandapani and Ghantasala. Often visiting music composers seeking opportunities, his first audition song was "Nilave Ennidam Nerungadhe".
